POLICIES

Deposits must be paid in order to schedule appointments. 24 hour cancellation policy, deposits will be lost if a cancellation or reschedule occurs within that period. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment & a 15 minute grace period for appointments for those who are running late, anything past that is marked as a no-show and will be asked to reschedule with deposit lost. If there is a 24 hour cancellation, reschedule or a no-show on a free follow-up touchup, they will be sent a $50 invoice that must be paid before rescheduling can happen.  Failure to receive your touchup in the 6-12 week time frame will result in a charge.

No children under age 10 allowed, 1 guest only, no pets and no food or drink. Phones must be silenced.
